Soren Dayton is a senior vice president for digital advocacy at Hill+Knowlton Strategies’ Washington, DC office, providing best-in-class digital and data programs to support clients’ public policy objectives. Previously, Soren worked at Prism Public Affairs and New Media Strategies, working primarily in the energy and telecommunications industries and supporting litigation and crisis clients. In addition, Soren worked in India with a leading international NGO in Bangalore and Delhi to combat human trafficking, helping equip local communications and government relations teams.

Soren’s political career has spanned from  working on John McCain’s campaign for President, to the halls of Congress as a legislative staffer — including supporting his boss on the House Science and House International Relations Committees — , to organizing grassroots efforts. 

Before moving to Washington, Soren also helped found a soft ware startup in Chicago that created a specialized database technology. Soren has a Bachelor of Arts degree in anthropology and mathematics from The University of Chicago.
