Ashley nowicki

Ashley is a passionate policy researcher, who hopes to have a meaningful impact. Her interests include competition and consumer protection policy, economic policy and inequality, and technology policy including dark patterns, data privacy, self-preferencing, AI, and AR/VR to name a few. She is committed to serving the United States and its residents to provide and implement policy solutions to improve lives and outcomes.

Prior to TechCongress, Ashley worked as a Presidential Management Fellow at the IRS and FTC as an Operations Research Analyst and Policy Manager for Human Centered Policy and Technology respectively.

She holds a Double Masters in Public Policy and Applied Economics from the University of Michigan, where she focused on economic policy, and a BBA in Economics and Finance from Grand Valley State University.

Ashley is working under Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) and supporting issues pertaining to the judiciary, national security, oversight, and ethics, such as data privacy and connectivity.
