Brandon is an interdisciplinary technologist well-versed in Silicon Valley’s innovation ecosystem. He’s helped launch new products and scale existing platforms in a variety of markets including cybersecurity, conversational commerce, and ridesharing. He understands private sector playbooks and recognizes the urgency of capacity-building within regulatory institutions to facilitate wise stewardship of technologies that shape the lives of billions. His policy interests include data privacy, algorithmic fairness, platform accountability, and mitigating the disparate economic impacts of AI.

Brandon previously led rideshare rental marketplace initiatives at Lyft that helped reign in program costs and bolster eco-friendly vehicle deployments in alignment with the company's fleet electrification efforts. He briefly served as technical advisor to the Community Safety team.

Brandon holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and has completed coursework toward a Master in Design Engineering at Harvard. His academic journey, particularly at the Kennedy School, was instrumental in steering his focus towards the intersection of technology and policy.
