David is a technologist focused on leveraging policy and emerging technologies to drive social good impact. Previously, David developed video games and interactive entertainment during his time at Sucker Punch Productions and Sony Immersive Music Studios. During his time at Sucker Punch Productions, he worked on many gameplay, user interface, and user experience features to craft the immersive world of medieval Japan in the award winning global hits Ghost of Tsushima and Ghost of Tsushima Director's Cut.

Prior to his industry experience, he created games with student teams at the University of Southern California. Some highlights include a mobile game to help children with autism develop social skills, prototype games for immersive technologies like the Oculus Rift and Myo Gesture Control Armband, and a multiplayer ability-based soccer game set in a zero-gravity environment.

Through TechCongress, David hopes to leverage his existing technical skills to improve institutional decision-making on the world’s most pressing problems. He is most interested in working on issues relating to AI policy, cybersecurity, and disinformation.
