Marley Rafson

Marley is a software engineer and computer scientist that specializes in emerging technologies and consumer privacy-focused innovations.

Marley has most recently worked as a software engineer at a growing Silicon Valley startup to provide municipal governments with simulated transportation and commerce data using de-identified mobile location data, machine learning, and the US Census.

Additionally at Google, Marley improved mobile payment systems for consumers by creating a feedback mechanism that limits the amount of consumer information provided to merchants. Marley holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Brown University.

Marley is serving with House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) and working on tech and climate issues.
