Recently, Reginald was the Cybersecurity Manager for Louisiana's largest healthcare system. He was responsible for developing governance strategies, maintaining regulatory compliance, risk management, and supporting security operations. He also played a key role in evaluating cyber risks during mergers and acquisitions.
He holds an MBA from Loyola University New Orleans' Graduate School of Business and a BA from Southeastern Louisiana University.
