Seeyew Mo

Seeyew is a community organizer and technology expert passionate about harnessing technology for good. He was a Tech Lead at Salesforce, where he led engineers who created mobile features for millions of users.

Seeyew also co-founded Families for San Francisco, a community advocacy group, to organize families and empower their collective political power. As the Executive Director, Seeyew commissioned various projects to keep local government accountable.

Previously, Seeyew led an innovative voter-outreach effort that quadrupled Texas's Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) voter turnout. He built a predictive model to identify low-propensity Asian voters and fostered partnerships with local organizations to reach them. The program reached voters who have been traditionally ignored, such as Muslim veterans. Seeyew also led a team that created an online learning platform for grassroots community organizers. The platform trained thousands of volunteers when pandemic restrictions prevented in-person learning.

He holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School, a Master's Degree in Engineering Management from Santa Clara University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin.

Seeyew is serving with Sen. Mark Warner (D-VA) and working on issues related to cybersecurity, technology, and national security.
