Victoria seeks to have a wide breadth of knowledge in all things technology. She holds her B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University, where she focused on nanotechnology and systems engineering. She launched her career as a consultant delivering financial reporting software for the City of Chicago with Clarity Partners. She then worked as a Software Engineer and Product Manager at Cards Against Humanity building logistics software for their shipping company called Blackbox.

Throughout her career, she founded a non-profit for Black Women in Technology called BlackByte, helped lead the tech team of a mayoral campaign in Chicago, IL and works as a community partner at a strategy and innovation consultancy called 18 Coffees. She enjoys using her engineering talents to support artists around Chicago, including building a light-up jacket for Chance the Rapper. She also enjoys speaking on panels that center around technology and politics.

Victoria served with House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) and supported work on broadband adoption and policy, consumer online privacy, and autonomous vehicles.
